How much does a home cleaner cost in Morocco?
- Expect roughly 80 to 120 DH per hour for a standard clean, with a three-hour minimum per visit. A full deep clean sits closer to 500 to 900 DH depending on the size and condition of the home. These figures are indicative: the exact amount is shown before you confirm the booking, and nothing is added afterwards.
How quickly can a cleaner come?
- For an urgent request, an available cleaner can often come the same day or the next day in larger cities such as Casablanca and Rabat. For a specific slot, especially at the weekend or in the evening, book two to three days ahead. The app shows the slots genuinely available around your address.
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
- By default the visit uses your own products and vacuum cleaner: it is the cheapest option and avoids surprises with unfamiliar products. If you have nothing on site, say so when booking. The professional then arrives fully equipped and the supplement is shown before you validate the order.
Is ironing included in a cleaning session?
- Ironing is not automatically included: it is requested as an add-on at booking and charged by the hour. Allow an extra hour for an average family basket, and leave the board and iron out before the cleaner arrives. You can also book ironing on its own, with no cleaning, if that is all you need.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
- Yes, both cancelling and rescheduling are done in the app. Ideally give a few hours' notice before the planned slot so the professional can reorganise the day: the later the cancellation, the more it penalises them. You can also change the duration, the address or the time of a booking that is already confirmed.
