Massage and physiotherapy at home, delivered by trained practitioners

A back that seizes up after a week at the desk, a shoulder pulling since the last gym session, rehabilitation to continue after a sprain: getting to a clinic is not always possible, or even advisable. Hany connects you with massage therapists and physiotherapists who work at your home, folding table and professional oils included. Sessions are strictly therapeutic and wellness-focused: relaxing massage, deep tissue, sports massage, drainage for heavy legs, joint mobilisation and rehabilitation exercises. In Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech or Agadir, you choose the duration, the time slot and the type of session, and the price is given before you confirm. Any request outside this professional scope is refused on the platform.

Every practitioner is verified before a first booking: identity, diploma or massage training, experience. For physiotherapy, only qualified physiotherapists attend, working from your prescription or from the assessment made during the first session. When booking you state the area to treat, your medical history and any pain, so the practitioner arrives prepared. All you need to provide is a quiet room of about six square metres and a clean towel: the rest comes with him or her. You can request a male or a female practitioner, book for an elderly relative, a medically monitored pregnancy or an athlete in training, and pay by card (CMI) or in cash.

Frequently asked questions about massage at home

How much does a massage at home cost in Casablanca?

A 60-minute session generally runs between 300 and 500 DH, and a 90-minute session between 450 and 700 DH. A targeted 30-minute back and neck massage starts around 180 DH. These prices are indicative and include travel, the table and the oils; the exact amount is displayed before you confirm.

What is the difference between a wellness massage and a physiotherapy session?

A wellness massage aims at relaxation and muscle release; it does not replace medical care. Physiotherapy is a health procedure performed by a qualified physiotherapist, usually on prescription, for rehabilitation after an injury, an operation or chronic pain. State your need when booking so you are matched with the right practitioner.

What does the practitioner need at my home?

A quiet room of about six square metres to set up the folding table, some space to move around it, and a clean towel. The practitioner brings the table, protective sheets, oils and the linen required. Switch off the television and mute your notifications so you actually get the benefit of the session.

Can I request a male or a female practitioner?

Yes. The practitioner's gender is offered as a choice at booking and it is always respected. Sessions take place in a strictly professional and therapeutic setting, with the body draped throughout the massage. Any request falling outside that scope leads to immediate cancellation of the booking.

Is massage suitable for pregnant women and older people?

Practitioners trained in prenatal massage offer adapted sessions from the second trimester, in a side-lying position and with gentle pressure, subject to your doctor's approval. For an older person or someone with reduced mobility, the session is adjusted in length and intensity and can take place on a bed rather than the table.
